leaving on a jet plane.


to sarasota florida.
1st stop? the florida aquarium.


we had to see some gators.
they were looking for company.
mr L thought they might want him for a treat.
we assured him that they would stay in the tanks.

had to visit with this guy.
i loved watching him until his head moved.


hermit crabs?
we love us some hermit crabs.


one of the coolest things we did.
we had the chance to pet a sting ray.
it felt like velvet.
so so great.


oh. the star fish.
so much fun.
the petting tanks were so wonderful.


the beach.
we had to take a trip (we took 2 trips).
but, it was not the warmest trip.
the boys thought it was great
and mama sat bundled up in beach towels.


one of the coolest parks.ever.
this walk around thingy was awesome.


off to the state park.
oh the climbing.
the state park we visited had wild boars and tons of gators.
it was really breath taking to see all the gators together.
so glad the animal loving couple standing next to us
let us know that gators don't eat until the water is 65 degrees.
phew.


incredible bridge.
the boys loved it.

i wish i could can the green and take it home to replace the grey.
