i picked mr L up after school today...he told me "we have a
small family, mommy..but we have a lot of love" ok...is he not the
sweetest kid?

you should have seen him today....so excited for Christmas.
making his list....oh...and checking it a million times with me...
i remember the feeling of being a kiddo at Christmas....

making Christmas gifts today....my hands need a break from
the soldering...i am working on going over online orders, but
wanted to take a break for some handmade goodness of
another kind.

i discovered a scrub without all the oil.
(i almost fall in the shower when too much oil is used)
crystal from little bit funky posted a wonderful recipe...and she made her
jars look much prettier...it was funny how we were on the same
wave length as far as making scrubs this year.....


here's my recipe (for a small ball jar)
1/2 cp sugar
1/8 cp almond oil (at the local health store)
2 vitamin E capsules (empty contents only in jar)
15 drops of fragrance (again, i found some oils at the health store...wonderful place)

oh...it is wonderful.
i tried it this morning.
not too much oil and lots of help for dry skin.
love it.



i had some help unloading when my delivery of chains for pendants came in today.

mr Z told me that he could get all the boxes out because it was "a man's job".
