7 years

7 years ago today....

do we not look so young?

we bought our first house. it had 2 bedrooms.
silly us....not knowing 4 months later we would have our first son on the way.
we look so young...
and, since this was the beginning of digital pictures, i only have this one of us.
funny, huh?

it was so beautiful...a morning wedding.
and, like today, i think it was 90 degrees that day.
we flew to chicago that night and then to hawaii the next morning!

but, we didn't mind...we were getting married!
starting the rest of our lives together...


so many wonderful memories from that day

she had jackson 2 days later.
even looking back at this picture,
so much was about to happen in our lives.
and, here we are,7 years later,
all married ladies and all with kiddos.

the last seven years have been amazing.
lots of ups and lots of downs.
i have the joy and honor to be married to a man
who seeks God, loves us,
and has an extreme amount of patience....:)
and, might i add, he is one handsome guy.
it is hard to believe that the time has flown by so quickly
....i really hope that it slows down soon.
i just can't take it all in sometimes.
