Special Order Policies
I love doing custom work.
Below you will find some guidelines when ordering pieces.
1. Any changes made to the pieces after they are finished will cost a fee of $10.00 (or 50% off the cost of the original pendant). If you would like to change the order once it is made to another style, you will not be credited from the original order. Due to the custom nature of my work, the pieces are final sale.
2. You may change out chains at any time with no extra cost.
3. Picture custom orders are final and are non-returnable. Please make sure the picture you send to me is your final choice. When picking the perfect picture, remember that glass does magnify a bit. Once the piece is finished, no changes will be allowed (this is due to the cost of the photo paper). Also, please remember to send pictures in jpeg format.
4. If for some reason your pendant breaks or needs repair, please contact me and I will make all repairs to the pendants.
5. Payment is due upon receipt of the pieces. I accept Mastercard, Visa, Check or Cash. A fee of $25 will be charged for any return checks.
6. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be finished once ordered. If you need your piece quickly, there is a guaranteed 3 day turn around time for additional $7.00 charge.
7. All pieces will be either mailed to you or are available for pick up. I will call when your piece is ready for pick up.
